DOUGLAS EDWIN HILLS, P.ENG.
Mr. Hills was born and educated in England, where
he spent twelve years working for Paper Industry
Consultants and Steel Fabricators before emigrating
to Canada in 1965.
After two years with a Vancouver Consulting Engineer,
he joined the Robertson organization as
Manager of Engineering.
Six years later, he formed HYPORT ENGINEERING
CONSULTANTS LTD. to offer Structural
Engineering services for industrial and commercial
buildings.
